Chilli fried bun is ball shaped dough with chilli paste as a filling. It is made from wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, chilli paste, sugar, yeast and salt. They are deep fried to half cook before kept frozen. The packaging size of chilli fried bun is 10 pieces per packet and 350 gram weight. Our frozen chilli fried bun is Halal certified from JAKIM. It is best kept frozen in temperature below -18˚C and the shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacturing. For the cooking preparation, our chilli fried bun should be thawed for 10 minutes before the chilli fried bun is deep fried to a golden brown colour in vegetable oil, with medium heat. Chilli fried bun is very suitable to be prepared as snack for all the times. Additionally, it is also suitable to be consumed by all ages.
