Our doughnut is made of wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, sugar, yeast and salt. They are ring-shaped and deep fried to half cooked before kept frozen. The packaging size of doughnut is 15 pieces per packet and 350 gram weight. Our frozen doughnut is Halal certified from JAKIM. It is best kept frozen in temperature below -18˚C and the shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacturing. For the cooking preparation, our doughnut should be thawed for 10 minutes before the doughnut is deep fried to a golden brown colour in vegetable oil, with medium heat. Once fried, doughnut usually powdered with granulated sugar. Alternatively, doughnuts also may be glazed with a sugar icing or chocolate, topped with fruits jam or coated entirely with blended red chilli for savoury taste. Additionally, our doughnut are suitable to be consumed for all ages and also can be eaten as satisfying snack or breakfast and hi-tea meal.
