Our frozen sardine curry puff is a palm sized half-moon in shape with unique pleat at the edge. Basically sardine curry puff is consisting of pastry stuffed with chunked sardine fillet in thick curry filling. The pastry is made of flour, vegetable oil, water and salt while the filling is made of potatoes, onions, spices and salt. The packaging size of potato curry puffs is 10 pieces per packet and 350 gram weight. Our frozen sardine curry puff is Halal certified from JAKIM. It is best kept frozen in temperature below -18˚C and the shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacturing. For the cooking preparation, our curry puff cook best straight from the freezer since thawing them will make the pastry sticky and cook up soggy. The curry puff is deep fried to a golden brown colour in vegetable oil, with medium heat. It is best served hot as quick and satisfying snack or hi tea or breakfast meal.
